Where does the word "Taco" come from?

According to taco expert Jeffrey M. Pilcher, the word originates from the silver mines in Mexico in the 18th century, when taco referred to the little explosives workers used to extract the ore.

These were pieces of paper wrapped around gunpowder and placed into holes carved in the rock.

How do you become a "taco expert"?

Just like anything, you have to put the hours in. It is said that 10,000 hours of practicing anything will  eventually lead to becoming an expert. I'm not sure about you, but investing 10,000 hours in eating tacos seems like time spent well!
