Kams on breakfast burritos ! Delicious!

The origins of the burrito are not entirely clear, but it is believed to have originated in Mexico in the late 19th century. The word "burrito" means "little donkey" in Spanish, and it is thought that the name comes from the resemblance of the tightly wrapped burrito to a donkey's pack.

One popular theory suggests that the burrito was first made in the Mexican-American community in the Southwest United States, particularly in the Sonoran region of Mexico and Arizona. In the early 1900s, workers in this region would often wrap their lunches in large flour tortillas to keep them warm, and over time, these tortillas were filled with various ingredients to create the burrito as we know it today.

Another theory is that the burrito originated in Ciudad Juárez, a Mexican border town, during the Mexican Revolution in the early 1900s. It is said that a street vendor named Juan Méndez would wrap his food in a large flour tortilla to make it easier for his customers to carry, and the burrito was born.

Regardless of its exact origin, the burrito has become a popular food in many parts of the world, with many variations and styles of fillings.
